Banquet FAQ
Dress code is business casual
5pm, Arrive early to participate in bucket raffles, purchase gun raffle tickets, browse auction items and enjoy complimentary beverages with friends
We will make every effort to conclude the Banquet by 9pm.
Each seat at your table has an individual QR coded ticket. This code needs to be scanned when you enter. Printing a copy of the QR coded ticket is acceptable but can only be scanned in (used) ONCE
The table purchaser received an email with your ticket. If the purchaser added your name and email to their seating list, you should have received and email with your individual ticket / QR code. Please see the person who purchased the table.
Eight, there is not a way to facilitate adding ANY more seats to ANY table. At our inaugural event we were at maximum capacity for the Nacogdoches Exposition and Civic Center and we could not allow any more seats to be added due to Fire Code Limitations. There is no standing room only availability either.
A reserved number of single seat tickets are free to Nacogdoches County Veterans and First Responders (ONLY). Nacogdoches County Veterans and First Responders must register for these ticketed seats starting August 26 2024 at 10:00 am. These tickets are digital QR codes and will need to be scanned for entry. No single tickets will be sold.
Your table tickets will be emailed the table purchaser immediately upon registration. The table purchaser has the ability to add your name and email for those that will be seated with them and our system can email individual seat tickets to you.

For all non-firearm auctions you are asked to take those with you the night of the Banquet. ALL FIREARM auctions winners must pick their firearms up at our gun dealer after successfully completing the required BATF gun background check. Yes, our event software will instantly email a receipt for anything you register and pay for and our receipt will have our IRS 501(c) 3 EIN number on it.
