We will make every effort to ensure the events ends by 9pm
TICKETS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL ATTENDING. Your QR code is tied to your name and can only be scanned once. You can print your ticket with QR code or have a digital copy on your phone to scan in at the door.
The person who purchased the table must add you as an attendee to obtain a ticket for you. They can then forward you the ticket or print it for you.
Their are eight seats at each table. Adding more seats to a table is not possible. This has always been a sold out event and we are under strict FIRE CODE LIMITS on the number of attendees.
NO. There will be a reserved number of free tickets for First Responders and Veterans of Nacogdoches County. A link will go live for these heroes on this webpage in a few months.
Tickets were emailed to the person that bought the table. They have the ability to add your name on your ticket and send them to you. If you are the table purchaser, you received two emails from us when you bought the table. One is a receipt, the other is an admin email where you need to add the names of those sitting at your table and our system will automatically email your table guests their individual tickets. That admin email will have this as it’s title: “Your Hero Banquet Tables Tickets” and would have come from this email “Nacogdoches Hero Foundation noreply@qgiv.net”
Auction items and raffle tickets are sold on this website. Please find the Raffles and Auctions tab at the top of this webpage.
We ask you take all auction items and raffle items with you the night of the Banquet EXCEPT firearms. For firearms you will need to contact our gun dealer American Resistance Gear https://americanresistancegear.com/ (936) 569-9400. *** you must be able to successfully complete ATF form 4473 to get your guns***
Yes, you will get a receipt when you register for your table instantly from our software. We will also email you a receipt when you pay for any auction or raffle items.
